Job Title: Techno-Functional Consultant L2 – Workforce Software

Job Description :

We are looking for an experienced WFS / Techno-Functional Consultant L2 with strong expertise in Workforce Software (WFS) Time & Attendance, system configurations, and enterprise integrations. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience with WFS modules, SAP integrations, and implementation support, along with the mandatory PT103 certification.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Configure, manage, and support Workforce Software Time & Attendance modules, including work schedules, quota banks, pay codes, and time results validation.

2. Navigate WFS configurations and the Policy Editor to validate system functionality against business requirements.

3. Support Workforce Software Time Off Request (TOR) processes and integrations with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC), Employee Central Payroll (ECP), SAP ECC, and related work arrangement modules.

4. Execute reports, validate integration results, troubleshoot functional issues, and support business testing activities.

5. Assist with implementation activities, including system testing, cutover, go-live, and post-implementation support.

Required Skills :

1. Minimum 6 years of relevant experience, with strong hands-on expertise in Workforce Software (WFS) Time & Attendance.

2. Mandatory PT103 Certification with practical experience in Workforce Software configurations.

3. Strong knowledge of WFS Time & Attendance, work schedules, quota banks, pay code validation, time results, TOR, and Policy Editor.

4. Experience integrating Workforce Software with SAP SuccessFactors EC, ECP, ECC, or other enterprise systems.

5. Experience supporting functional testing, reporting, cutover, and go-live activities.

Qualifications : 

• Relevant professional experience in Workforce Software Time & Attendance implementation, configuration, and integration.

• Mandatory PT103 certification.

• Previous experience with SAP Time Management and SAP Payroll is an advantage.

• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and techno-functional problem-solving skills.
