JOB TITLE: Workforce Management Scheduler

WORK SETUP: Onsite
WORK SHIFT: Shifting Schedule
SALARY: PHP 27,000 Monthly

Role Overview

We are hiring Workforce Management Schedulers to create and maintain effective employee schedules that align staffing requirements with forecasted demand. The successful candidates will manage shift bids, schedule adjustments, and workforce updates while ensuring adequate staffing coverage and efficient resource allocation.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain employee schedules based on forecasted demand
Manage shift bids, schedule adjustments, and updates
Ensure optimal staffing coverage while minimizing costs
Coordinate closely with operations teams

Qualifications

At least 1 year of experience in WFM scheduling
Intermediate to advanced Excel skills
Knowledge of forecasting and capacity planning concepts
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Willing to work onsite on a shifting schedule
