Healthcare Customer Service Representative – Medical Allied Graduates
NOW HIRING: Healthcare Customer Service Representatives
We are looking for passionate and customer-focused graduates from Medical Allied courses to join our Healthcare Account team. If you have a background in healthcare and want to build a rewarding career in the BPO industry, this opportunity is for you!
Key Responsibilities:
Assist healthcare members with benefits, claims, billing, and eligibility inquiries
Provide professional and empathetic customer support via phone, chat, or email
Coordinate with healthcare providers and internal departments for issue resolution
Accurately document customer interactions and account updates
Ensure compliance with HIPAA and company healthcare standards
Qualifications:
Graduate of any Medical Allied course (Nursing, Pharmacy, Medical Technology, Biology, Psychology, Physical Therapy, etc.)
Excellent English communication skills
Healthcare or BPO experience is an advantage but not required
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
Willing to work onsite and on shifting schedules

WE’RE HIRING: Travel Account Customer Service Representatives
Join our growing Travel Account team and help customers create smooth and memorable travel experiences. We are looking for enthusiastic and service-oriented individuals who are passionate about customer support and travel services.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist customers with flight bookings, hotel reservations, cancellations, and travel inquiries
Provide accurate information regarding travel policies, schedules, and promotions
Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently
Maintain accurate customer records and booking details
Deliver excellent customer experience while meeting quality standards
Qualifications:
At least High School or Senior High School Graduate
Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills
Travel or BPO experience is an advantage
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Open to onsite work and shifting schedules
