Talent Acquisition Recruiter (US Recruitment)

Location: Mumbai
Experience: 6 to 10 Years
Shift: US Shifts
Band: BPO3 / BPO4
Salary: Up to ₹12 LPA

Required Skills & Experience

  • Minimum 6–12 years of recruiting or sourcing experience in the US market

  • Experience in recruiting for Financial / Insurance domains

  • Expertise in end-to-end US recruitment lifecycle

  • Strong experience sourcing Low to Mid, Mid to High, and Executive-level roles

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment

  • Comfortable working in night shifts

  • Hands-on experience with ATS tools such as iCIMS, Job Diva, SuccessFactors, CareerBuilder, Indeed, etc.

  • Ability to build high-quality candidate pipelines within tight timelines

  • Knowledge of sourcing methodologies and tools like Eightfold will be an added advantage

  • Strong leadership and mentoring skills

Educational Qualification

  • Bachelor’s Degree (3-year / 4-year degree) or equivalent experience

Good to Have Skills

  • US recruitment experience in BFSI and Service Industry

  • Exposure to ATS platforms like Bullhorn, SuccessFactors, iCIMS, Job Diva, etc.

Key Responsibilities

  • Source candidates through job portals, search engines, social networking platforms, alumni sites, databases, and other sourcing channels

  • Manage complete recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, negotiation, and closure

  • Assess candidates for technical skills, experience, compensation, relocation, and overall fitment

  • Prepare candidate submission documents and coordinate interview schedules

  • Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the hiring process

  • Share daily and weekly recruitment reports with stakeholders

  • Mentor and support new team members on recruitment processes and best practices
