Job Title: Data Management Specialist

Role Overview

TCS is hiring a Data Management Specialist to manage customer data onboarding, integration, validation, and maintenance across enterprise systems. The role focuses on ensuring data accuracy, integrity, governance, and process compliance while supporting high-volume data operations and continuous process improvement.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end customer data onboarding and integration.
Validate, maintain, and update customer master data.
Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and integrity.
Handle high-volume, time-sensitive data operations.
Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for data issues.
Monitor system performance and coordinate issue resolution.
Follow SOPs and quality standards.
Support process improvement and automation initiatives.
Utilize AI-enabled tools to improve operational efficiency.
Collaborate with internal teams and customers.

Required Skills & Qualifications

1–5 years of experience in Customer Data Management or Enterprise Data Operations.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience with Data Management platforms or SaaS environments.
Knowledge of Data Governance, Data Security, and Privacy.
Experience in ticket-based support environments.
Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting tools.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and ownership mindset.
