Job Title: Multilingual Customer Service Representative
Job Loacation: Mumbai, India
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Multilingual Customer Service Representative to join our team. The successful candidate will provide exceptional customer service to our clients in Polish, Danish, Norwegian, and Swedish languages. If you have excellent communication skills, a passion for customer service, and fluency in any of these languages, we encourage you to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in Polish, Danish, Norwegian, or Swedish languages.
- Provide timely and accurate solutions to customer complaints and concerns.
- Utilize knowledge of products/services to resolve customer issues effectively.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues.
- Participate in quality assurance initiatives to ensure high-quality customer interactions.
- Meet or exceed customer satisfaction and quality targets.
Requirements:
- Fluency in one of the following languages: Polish, Danish, Norwegian, or Swedish.
- Intermediate level of required language skills, written and spoken (B1-B2).
- Ability to learn quickly, task and system understanding.
- Ability to switch between different tasks rapidly.
- Computer literate.
