Hiring: PTP Analyst (Procure to Pay)

Role/Skill: PTP Analyst
Location: Noida
Experience: 2–4 Years
Band: BPO 2
Shift: 2nd Shift
Salary: ₹6–7 LPA

Eligibility

Bachelor's degree in Finance & Accounting or equivalent (B.Com / MBA Finance)
Minimum 15 years of regular full-time education (10+2+3)
2–4 years of experience in Procure-to-Pay (PTP) – Invoice Processing
Experience working with SAP
Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel

Key Responsibilities

Process PO and Non-PO invoices accurately and within defined timelines.
Handle invoice processing, payments, vendor management, and master data management.
Ensure timely completion of deliverables while maintaining high accuracy.
Work with SAP for Procure-to-Pay activities.
Coordinate with internal teams and vendors to resolve invoice-related queries.
Maintain process compliance and support continuous process improvements.

Required Skills

Strong knowledge of Procure-to-Pay (PTP) processes
Invoice Processing experience in SAP
Knowledge of Purchase Order (PO) and Non-PO invoice processing
Good understanding of Vendor Management and Master Data Management
Proficiency in MS Office and Excel
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Customer-focused with excellent teamwork abilities

Preferred Skills

Knowledge of SAP MM Module
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
