Customer Service Executive Jobs in Selangor
Responsibilities:
-
Helping the sales team to improve their sales by contacting customers to follow up and ensuring all Sales Representatives have high quality, up-to-date support service.
- Handling social media, live chat, emails enquiry and messages
- Collaborating with other departments/Back office to ensure sales, marketing and queries, are handled efficiently.
- Developing and maintaining filing systems.
- To perform any other duties that may be assigned by your superior or the Management from time to time as deemed necessary.
Qualifications and Experience:
- 1-2 years of experience in customer service role, preferably in the fintech industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
