Language Skills: Local Mandarin or Indian or Filipino

Telecom Industry Experience: Minimum 1 year in Customer Service in Telco projects

Education: Diploma holder or higher preferred

Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries, complaints, and feedback with empathy and professionalism.
- Understand and address customer needs, offering tailored solutions and anticipating their requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve overall customer experience.
- Measure and ensure customer satisfaction, analyzing feedback for continuous improvement.

Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Familiarity with customer experience software and tools.
- Passion for customer service and continuous improvement.

Minimum Requirements:
- 1 year of relevant experience in a voice channel in customer service.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Friendly and patient demeanor with strong problem-solving skills.
- Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Strong time management skills for handling multiple customer inquiries.
- Flexible schedule availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Additional Skills:
- Experience in the telco industry and serving the Singapore market is an added advantage.

Training: Provided by Concentrix, covering product knowledge, company policies, and customer service techniques.
