Location: LV, Georgetown Penang

Salary Range: RM9,000 - RM14,000

Shift: 24/7 Rotational

Date of Joining (DOJ): March 2024

Headcount Required: 4HC (Japanese)

Responsibilities:

Conduct quality assurance activities according to established procedures and guidelines.

Perform thorough testing of products, services, and applications to ensure they meet quality standards.

Document and report defects, errors, and issues encountered during testing.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality concerns and implement corrective actions.

Participate in the development and enhancement of quality assurance processes and methodologies.

Maintain accurate records of testing activities and results.

Requirements:

Fluent/native proficiency in Japanese.

Preferred experience in quality assurance and travel-related industries.

Minimum of 3 years of relevant working experience with at least a Diploma level of education. Fresh graduates with a Bachelor's degree are also encouraged to apply.

Proficient in English, with a B2 level or above.

Ability to work in a 24/7 rotational shift environment.

Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
