About the Role

Join a leading global customer service team supporting Japanese customers based in Japan. You will provide exceptional customer support through phone, email, and chat while delivering an outstanding customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints from Japanese customers.
  • Provide professional support via phone, email, and live chat.
  • Resolve customer concerns efficiently while maintaining high service quality.
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams when necessary.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and follow company procedures.
  • Achieve individual productivity and quality performance targets.
  • Deliver an exceptional customer experience on every interaction.

Requirements

Mandatory

  • Native Japanese Speaker (Only)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Japanese.
  • Currently residing in Malaysia or willing to relocate to Malaysia.
  • Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.

Training

  • One month of comprehensive training conducted entirely in Japanese.
