Job Title: Customer Service Representative (Mandarin Speaker)
Location: George Town, Penang
Salary: RM 2,800 - RM 3,300
Shift: Rotational
Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a Mandarin speaker, you will play a key role in assisting our Mandarin-speaking customers, providing excellent service and resolving inquiries to ensure customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
Communicate effectively with customers in Mandarin, both verbally and in writing.
Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally.
Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.
Assist customers with order processing, product inquiries, and issue resolution.
Collaborate with other team members and departments to resolve complex customer issues.
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through proactive communication and problem-solving.
Utilize company systems and tools to document customer interactions and resolutions.
Stay informed about product updates, promotions, and company policies to provide up-to-date information to customers.
Collaborate with the team to improve overall customer service processes and contribute to a positive work environment.
Adhere to rotational shift schedules to ensure coverage during operational hours.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree or at least a Diploma or equivalent in any discipline.
Proficient in Mandarin (reading, writing, speaking, and aural comprehension).
Must have a B2 level of English language proficiency.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Customer-focused with a positive attitude.
Ability to handle challenging situations and remain calm under pressure.
Detail-oriented with good problem-solving skills.
Prior experience in customer service or a related field is a plus.
Familiarity with customer service software and tools is an advantage.
