Responsible for achieving a good conversation ratio of submittals into interview and placement.
Validation of resumes for expertise and verification of status
Understand the requirements from the hiring
To ensure the ideal source mix is maintained to be cost effective
To be innovative and think out of the box to source & attract talent
To have in depth understanding of the company & its policies to pitch correctly to the candidates
