my experience in the BPO industry, I have gained extensive knowledge and skills working with travel accounts such as Delta Airlines and Expedia in both voice and non-voice capacities. I have successfully assisted customers with booking flights, hotels, and activities, processing cancellations and refunds, and coordinating directly with hotels to waive cancellation fees when possible. My experience has equipped me with strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle a wide range of customer inquiries efficiently, all while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
