Job Description : 

We are looking for an Accounts Receivable Specialist – Voice to support an Australian logistics account. The ideal candidate will have strong verbal communication skills, experience in customer service or accounts receivable, and hands-on knowledge of ERP or SAP applications. This role involves customer communication, order tracking, query resolution, and shop order monitoring.

Key Responsibilities :

• Handle customer communications and respond to queries professionally.

• Track customer orders and provide timely updates.

• Resolve customer concerns and order-related queries.

• Monitor shop orders and ensure accurate follow-up.

• Provide quality customer service while supporting logistics account operations.

Required Skills :

• Accounts Receivable, Procurement, Logistics, or related experience.

• Hands-on experience with ERP or SAP applications.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

• Strong verbal communication skills, with English proficiency close to Standard American English.

• Customer service, order tracking, query resolution, and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications :

• College graduate in any discipline; Accounting or Business Management is preferred.

• Candidates with BPO experience must have worked in a voice account.

• Candidates from non-BPO backgrounds may have voice or non-voice experience.

• Experience in Accounts Receivable, Procurement, or a logistics/forwarding company is preferred.
