Job Description

We are looking for an experienced AI / ML Engineer with strong expertise in AI Architecture to design, develop, and implement advanced AI applications and production-ready intelligent systems. The role involves leveraging AI technologies, cloud AI services, Generative AI models, deep learning, neural networks, chatbots, and image processing.

The candidate will be responsible for designing scalable AI architectures, developing AI pipelines, deploying and integrating AI models across cloud and on-premises environments, and ensuring that AI solutions meet production-ready quality standards.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) and provide technical guidance to the team.

• Design and develop advanced AI/ML applications and production-ready AI systems.

• Design scalable AI architectures and end-to-end AI pipelines.

• Integrate AI models with cloud-based AI services and enterprise applications.

• Deploy and manage AI solutions across cloud and on-premises environments.

• Apply Generative AI models to develop practical and innovative solutions.

• Work with deep learning frameworks and neural network architectures.

• Develop solutions involving chatbots, image processing, and other AI technologies.

• Optimize AI solutions for performance, scalability, reliability, and production readiness.

• Collaborate with multiple teams and contribute to key technical and architectural decisions.

• Provide solutions to complex AI/ML problems across multiple teams.

• Mentor team members and facilitate knowledge sharing.

• Coordinate cross-functional activities to align AI solutions with organizational objectives.

• Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery of high-quality AI implementations.

Required Skills & Experience

• Minimum 3 years of relevant hands-on experience in AI Architecture.

• Strong expertise in AI Architecture and AI solution design.

• Experience with AI model deployment and integration.

• Strong understanding of cloud and on-premises AI environments.

• Experience designing scalable AI pipelines and production-grade AI systems.

• Hands-on experience with Generative AI models and applications.

• Strong knowledge of deep learning and neural network architectures.

• Knowledge of chatbots, image processing, and AI application development.

• Strong problem-solving and technical leadership skills.

Additional Information

• Minimum 3 years of experience is required.

• The position is based at the Manila office.

• Candidates must be amenable to an onsite setup and shifting schedule.
