ACTIVE HIRING: ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE SPECIALIST 

Location: IT Park, Cebu City

Work Setup: 100% Onsite

Shift: Australian Time Zone (5:00 AM or 6:00 AM start)

Salary: Negotiable, depending on relevant experience and qualifications

Target Start Date: November 6, 2026

Are you experienced in Accounts Receivable, Procurement, or Logistics and looking for your next career opportunity? We’re looking for qualified candidates to join a Logistics account supporting Australia!

Qualifications

- College graduate of any course (Accounting or Business Management is preferred).

- At least 1–2 years of relevant experience in BPO or a non-BPO industry.

- BPO applicants must have voice account experience. Non-BPO applicants may have voice or non-voice experience.

- Hands-on experience with ERP or SAP applications.

- Proficient in Microsoft Excel.

- Excellent verbal communication skills, with English proficiency close to Standard American English.

- Experience in Accounts Receivable, Procurement, Logistics, or Freight Forwarding is an advantage.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer communications and service inquiries.

- Track orders and resolve customer concerns.

- Monitor shop orders and provide timely updates.
