(ACTIVE) Senior Finance SPR Delivery Manager | Hybrid in Taguig

• Own end-to-end delivery of one or more Finance migration scopes, ensuring milestones and deliverables are achieved.

• Develop and maintain integrated project plans, critical paths, milestones, and dependency maps.

• Align technology releases, business testing windows, approvals, and go-live schedules.

• Conduct scenario and recovery planning for at-risk milestones, identifying owners, decisions, and delivery impacts.

• Track deliverables, actions, completion criteria, and workstream progress.

• Facilitate stand-ups, workstream reviews, stakeholder meetings, and executive steering forums.

• Manage cross-functional dependencies and resolve delivery blockers across Finance, Technology, Data, and Operations.

• Maintain RAID logs and decision records, assign mitigation actions, and escalate material risks with impact assessments and recommendations.

• Coordinate end-to-end testing strategy, environments, test data, scenarios, schedules, defect triage, and approvals.

• Ensure complete testing evidence, formal sign-offs, and implementation-readiness documentation for each migration population.

Required Qualifications

• 12–16 years of overall professional experience, including substantial delivery or programme management experience in banking or regulated financial services.

• Proven track record of managing complex, cross-functional banking change initiatives from planning through implementation.

• Strong integrated planning, milestone tracking, critical-path analysis, and dependency management skills.

• Expertise in RAID management, decision logs, escalation, and recovery planning.

• Experience coordinating Finance, Technology, Data, Operations, and programme stakeholders.

• Knowledge of testing governance, defect management, evidence collection, formal sign-offs, and go-live readiness.

• Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, analytical, and communication skills.

Good to Have

• Experience with Finance processes and front-to-back investment banking transformation.

• Exposure to data migration, legal-entity activation, or regulatory delivery.

• Experience presenting to executive steering committees and preparing senior-management reports.

• Knowledge of banking controls, operational readiness, and change adoption.

Work Requirements

• Willingness to work in a hybrid setup in Taguig, Philippines, with two onsite days per week.

• Comfortable working from 3:00 PM to 12:00 AM.

• Preferably available to join within 30 days.
