*About the Role:*

We are looking for Cantonese Bilingual Customer Service Representatives for a project-based opportunity in Makati. This is an urgent hiring for candidates who are proficient in both Cantonese and English.

*Key Responsibilities:*

- Handle customer inquiries in Cantonese and English

- Provide bilingual support via voice and non-voice channels

- Ensure excellent customer experience and service delivery

- Maintain professionalism and quality standards

*Qualifications:*

- Proficient in Cantonese and English (Oral and Written) - REQUIRED
