Job Description:
We are seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Technical and Support Sales representatives for our Media/Entertainment Account or CRS travel account or CRS Ecommerce In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and sales support to our clients in the media and entertainment industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support and assistance to clients in the media/entertainment industry.
- Handle sales inquiries and provide information about our products and services.
- Assist clients with troubleshooting technical issues and resolving problems in a timely manner.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by ensuring prompt and effective resolution of issues.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address client needs and ensure smooth operations.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and objectives.
Media/Entertainment Account (Technical and Support Sales)
Qualifications:
- At least HS Grad with 1 year BPO or non-BPO exp
- B2 and up AM Score
- Salary: 25k + 10K JOINING BONUS
- SD: ASAP
- HC: 36
Travel
Qualifications:
- At least HS Grad with 6mos under Travel acct
- B2 and up AM Score
- Salary: 25k
- SD: ASAP
Ecommerce
Qualifications:
- College Grad with 6mos BPO exp E-commerce
- B1 and up AM Score
- Salary: 17500k
- SD: ASAP
- CANDIDATES MUST CREATE ICIMS AND AMCAT ASSESSMENT USING A LAPTOP
