Concentrix Cagayan de Oro is expanding and urgently hiring customer service representatives. If you have at least 6 months BPO experience, we want you on our team. High school and SHS graduates are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities:

Handle inbound customer inquiries via voice and non-voice support channels

Provide excellent customer support and resolve customer concerns efficiently

Deliver outstanding customer experience with professionalism and empathy

Document customer interactions accurately and follow standard procedures

Achieve performance metrics for quality and customer satisfaction

Qualifications:

At least high school graduate / senior high school graduate

At least 6 months BPO / call center work experience is required

Good to excellent English communication skills

Willing to work onsite in Cagayan de Oro City

Willing to work on shifting / flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays

Customer-oriented with a positive attitude
