*About The Role:*

HGS Bridgetowne is urgently hiring Customer Service Representatives to support premium international brands. Join us and handle exciting accounts in Audio Equipment, TV, and Financial services!

*Key Responsibilities:*

- Handle inbound inquiries for premium international brands (Audio, TV, Financial)

- Provide accurate information and efficiently resolve customer concerns

- Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction

- Meet quality and productivity targets

*Qualifications:*

- At least 6 months BPO international voice experience required

- Good to excellent English communication skills

- Willing to work onsite in Bridgetowne, Quezon City on a shifting schedule

- Can start ASAP
