JOB TITLE: Customer Service Rep - Healthcare - Iloilo Onsite - BPO Experience Preferred

Location: Iloilo - Onsite

Work Setup: Onsite - Shifting Schedule (Weekends & Holidays)

ABOUT THE ROLE:

We are hiring Healthcare Customer Service Representatives for our Iloilo onsite team. If you have BPO experience and strong customer service skills, this is a great opportunity to grow in the healthcare account.

YOUR ROLE:

- Handle customer inquiries related to healthcare services

- Provide excellent customer service and resolve concerns efficiently

- Document interactions accurately

- Meet quality and performance targets

- Work on shifting schedules including weekends and holidays

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

- College Graduates with at least 6 months work experience - Open to apply!

- Undergraduate: Completed at least 2 years in college / 72 units with 1 year BPO experience

- Customer service oriented

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Proficient in MS Office and internet navigation

- Flexible to work shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays

- Must be willing to work onsite in Iloilo
