Employment Type: Full-Time, Onsite


Qualifications:


High School Graduate (Old Curriculum), Senior High School Graduate, College Undergraduate (at least 2nd year completed), or College Graduate.


1 to 2 years of experience handling US or UK Banking/Financial accounts in a contact center environment.


Experience in any of the following areas is required:


Banking

Collection


Other related financial services functions

. Strong analytical, communication, and customer service skills.

. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and compliance.


Key Responsibilities:

▪️Handle customer inquiries and account-related concerns for financial services clients.


▪️Review, investigate, and resolve account issues in accordance with company and client guidelines.


▪️Process transactions and provide accurate information regarding financial products and services.


▪️Maintain high standards of customer service and regulatory compliance.


▪️Document customer interactions and ensure timely resolution of cases.
