*Overview:*

EXL Service Cebu is hiring for our Financial - Real Estate Account. Looking for motivated individuals with at least 1 year BPO experience to join our growing team in Cebu City.

*Key Responsibilities:*

- Handle financial and real estate-related inquiries

- Assist customers with account management and property-related concerns

- Provide accurate information and excellent customer service

- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

*Qualifications:*

- At least 2nd year college completed (UG2)

- With at least 1 year call center experience

- B1 high CEF level of English communication skills

- Willing to work on-site in Cebu City

- Willing to work on shifting / night shift schedule

*Salary and Benefits:*

- Basic salary: PHP 17,000 - 19,000 + additional allowance: PHP 3,000

- Up to PHP 22,000 total package
