We’re hiring experienced Inpatient Coders with QA/Audit expertise to help ensure coding accuracy, compliance, and quality across healthcare operations.
If you have strong inpatient coding experience and hold a recognized coding certification, this is an opportunity to put your expertise to work in a quality-focused environment.
Eligibility
* 3+ years of Inpatient Coding experience
* 1+ year of recent clinical/hospital experience
* 1+ year of Inpatient Audit/QA experience
* PRN or Medical Allied background
* CCS, CPC, or CIC certification — Inpatient
* Strong coding accuracy, analytical, and attention-to-detail skills
* Willing to work shifting schedules
What You’ll Do
* Perform quality audits of inpatient coding
* Review coding accuracy, documentation, and compliance
* Identify coding gaps and recommend corrective actions
* Provide feedback to improve coding quality and consistency
* Support quality and process improvement initiatives
