About the Role:

WNS Iloilo is hiring for our Insurance Account! Earn up to PHP 22,000 package plus PHP 20,000 signing bonus with an onsite setup. Join a stable and growing campaign and start your BPO career with one of the leading outsourcing companies in Iloilo!

Responsibilities:

- Handle insurance-related inquiries and provide customer support

- Deliver excellent customer service experience to customers

- Resolve customer concerns accurately and professionally

- Achieve performance and quality targets set by the campaign

Qualifications:

- At least Senior High School Graduate / Completed 2nd Year in College (No work experience required!)

- Good English communication skills

- Willing to work onsite in Iloilo City

- Flexible to work on shifting schedules
