Insurance CSR - EXL Alabang - Up to 24K Salary Package - 1 Year BPO Exp

*Salary:* Up to PHP 24,000 Salary Package
*Setup:* Onsite - Shifting Schedule - Full-time
EXL Alabang is hiring for Insurance Account! Earn up to PHP 24K salary package with virtual interview process! Apply from home and work onsite in Alabang!
*Key Responsibilities:*
- Provide customer support for insurance-related concerns
- Handle inbound inquiries professionally and efficiently
- Assist customers with policy details, claims, and account information
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and maintain CSAT
- Meet quality standards and performance metrics
*Qualifications:*
- Senior High School Graduate / SHS Grad accepted
- At least 1 year BPO Voice experience required
- Good to excellent English communication skills
- Willing to work onsite in Alabang, Muntinlupa
- Amenable to shifting schedule including nights and weekends
- Can start ASAP - Immediate joiners preferred
