Now Hiring: Patient Care Coordinator – Healthcare Account
Kickstart your career in healthcare BPO with us! We’re looking for motivated candidates with *0 to 2 years of BPO experience* to join our Patient Care Coordinator team in Taguig City.
Role: Patient Care Coordinator
Account: Healthcare
Salary: ₱18,000 – ₱28,000 per month, based on experience
Work Setup: On-site in Taguig City
Schedule: Willingness to work on a shifting schedule required
What You’ll Do
- Handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and empathy
- Support patients by providing accurate information and resolving concerns
- Ensure high levels of customer service and patient satisfaction
What We’re Looking For
- 0 to 2 years of BPO experience only. Candidates with more than 2 years of BPO experience will not be considered for this role.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Experience in any local or international voice account is a plus
- Strong communication skills, both written and oral
- Passion for customer service and patient care
- Ability to handle high-volume calls in a fast-paced environment
- Willing to work on-site in Taguig City
- Age limit: Up to 50 years old
