Work Setup: Permanent Work From Home (Philippines)

Lead Quality Engineering for Enterprise Healthcare Solutions

We're looking for an experienced QA Lead with expertise in TOSCA Automation Testing and Oracle Fusion HCM to lead end-to-end quality assurance initiatives for enterprise healthcare projects.

This role is ideal for a hands-on QA professional with strong leadership skills, experience managing testing strategies, and a background in Healthcare and Oracle Fusion applications.

Priority will be given to Filipino candidates.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the end-to-end Quality Assurance strategy across multiple project releases.
Define and execute comprehensive test strategies, including:
- Functional Testing
- Regression Testing
- Integration Testing
- Non-Functional Testing
Develop test plans, effort estimates, and resource allocation for project releases.
Implement risk-based testing methodologies and prioritize testing activities.
Establish QA governance, standards, testing playbooks, and best practices.
Define and monitor QA KPIs such as:
- Test Coverage
- Defect Leakage
- Defect Density
- Test Execution Progress
- Cycle Time
Lead defect management and coordinate issue resolution with cross-functional teams.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to QA team members.
Collaborate with project managers, business stakeholders, developers, and clients to ensure high-quality deliverables.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives across the QA function.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
At least 5 years of Quality Assurance experience, including experience in a QA Lead or Test Lead role.
Proven experience leading QA teams and managing enterprise testing activities.
Hands-on experience with Tricentis TOSCA test automation (Mandatory).
Strong experience with Oracle Fusion HCM (Mandatory).
Experience in Healthcare applications or Healthcare domain projects.
Knowledge of Oracle Fusion Finance or Supply Chain modules is an advantage.
Experience with Oracle Application Testing Suite (OATS) is a plus.
Strong understanding of:

Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
