*About the Role:*
Teleperformance Makati is mass hiring CSRs! Open to candidates with or without BPO experience. Great opportunity for fresh graduates and career shifters to join the largest BPO company in the Philippines.
*Responsibilities:*
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat
- Provide accurate information and deliver excellent customer service
- Resolve customer concerns efficiently and professionally
- Maintain high customer satisfaction and meet quality standards
- Follow company processes and guidelines
*Qualifications:*
- At least High School Graduate (Old Curriculum) / Senior High School / College Undergraduate up to College Graduate
- Good English communication skills
- With or without BPO experience - Fresh graduates and no experience are welcome
- Willing to work onsite in Makati City
- Willing to work on shifting / flexible schedule
- Can start ASAP
