*Salary Package:*

- Basic Pay: ₱18,500

- Allowance: ₱2,800

- Incentives: ₱2,500 - ₱3,500

- Total Package: Up to ₱24,800 monthly!

*Key Responsibilities:*

- Handle customer inquiries for US Electronics account via voice support

- Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer concerns professionally

- Assist with billing, product information, and technical support inquiries

- Ensure customer satisfaction and meet quality performance targets

- Accurately document customer interactions and follow company procedures

*Qualifications:*

- At least 6 months BPO experience required (Voice / Non-Voice)

- Must have excellent English communication skills

- Willing to work onsite in Pasig City

- Amenable to shifting schedule

- Can start on October 12 & 13 - Must be available on these dates!

- Can start ASAP - Immediate joiners prioritized
