Job Overview

We are hiring qualified USRN Clinical Analysts to support clinical assessment, patient information review, and healthcare documentation. The successful candidates will use their nursing knowledge and clinical experience to review patient histories, conduct initial assessments, maintain accurate documentation, and collaborate with healthcare professionals to support appropriate patient care.

This opportunity is ideal for licensed nurses with active Philippine and US nursing licenses and relevant bedside, hospital, or clinical experience who are ready to work from home.

Key Responsibilities

• Obtain, review, and document detailed patient medical histories.

• Conduct initial clinical assessments to help determine appropriate care pathways and services.

• Review patient information for completeness, accuracy, and relevant clinical details.

• Document patient interactions and assessment findings accurately and within required timelines.

• Collaborate with healthcare professionals and other stakeholders to support positive patient outcomes.

• Follow established clinical protocols, organizational policies, procedures, and applicable regulations.

• Maintain patient confidentiality and comply with healthcare documentation and privacy standards.

• Apply nursing knowledge and clinical judgment when reviewing patient information.

• Meet established productivity, quality, accuracy, and service-level expectations.

• Continuously update clinical knowledge and skills to maintain high standards of service.

• Contribute to team performance and the overall effectiveness of clinical operations.

Required Qualifications

• Must have an active Philippine Registered Nurse (PHRN) license.

• Must have an active US Registered Nurse (USRN) license from any US state.

• Both licenses must remain valid for at least 6 months from the date of application.

• Must have a valid Certificate of Employment (COE) from recent employer(s).

• Must have relevant bedside, hospital, or clinical experience as a Staff Nurse:

  • 1 year of experience: Eligible for the 1-year experience hiring group.

  • 2 years of experience: Eligible for the 2-year experience hiring group.

• Experience must be actual employment experience and must not be obtained solely through training or internship.

• Must reside within Metro Manila, within approximately 25 km of the Quezon City site.

• Must be ready to work from home with a wired internet connection of at least 50 Mbps.

• Must be amenable to a shifting work schedule.

• Former or current employees of the client are not eligible.

• Must be willing to attend the onsite recruitment assessment in Quezon City.

Compensation & Benefits

Monthly Compensation

• Basic Salary: ₱50,000

• Account Premium: ₱10,000

• Flex Fund Allowance: ₱1,000

• Total Monthly Package: ₱61,000

Additional Benefits

• Sign-On Bonus (SOB): ₱100,000, subject to applicable eligibility and payout terms

• 20% night differential

• HMO coverage from Day 1

• Performance incentives, subject to applicable criteria

• 14th-month pay

• Rice allowance of ₱300 per month upon regularization

Ideal Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate is a professionally licensed nurse with active Philippine and US RN licenses, genuine bedside or clinical experience, strong clinical documentation skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a home-based environment while meeting quality and productivity standards.
