Workday Payroll Specialist | Hybrid | Up to PHP 128K | Night Shift

Location: Eton Centris, Quezon City (Hybrid: 2 Days WFH | 3 Days Onsite)
Shift: Night Shift
Start Date: ASAP

We're looking for an experienced Workday Payroll Specialist to support, configure, and enhance enterprise Workday Payroll solutions. If you're passionate about HR technology, integrations, and process automation, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as the SME for Workday Payroll and related modules.
Configure, customize, deploy, and support Workday applications.
Build and maintain Workday integrations with enterprise systems (e.g., SAP).
Develop reports, troubleshoot issues, and implement system enhancements.
Support software development, testing, deployment, and ongoing maintenance.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree.
Hands-on experience with Workday Payroll and one or more Workday modules:
- Core HCM
- Benefits
- Compensation
- Talent
- Absence
- Time Tracking
- Integration
- Security
- Data Conversion
Experience with Workday technologies including EIB, Workday Studio, Core Connectors, PICOF/PECI, Advanced Reports, and Workday Web Services.
Knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs, scripting, automation, or low-code platforms.
Experience with Agile (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) is an advantage.
Exposure to technologies such as SQL, Python, Java, C#, Azure, Node.js, Angular, HTML/CSS/JavaScript, Oracle, or SQL Server is a plus.
Experience with ServiceNow HR Service Delivery is an advantage.
