Salary Package: ₱29,500 Basic + ₱2,400 Allowance

Signing Bonus: Up to ₱40,000

We are looking for experienced Collections Specialists to join our UK Financial Account. If you have experience handling collections for international customers and are confident communicating with clients, this is a great opportunity to grow your career with a competitive salary and attractive benefits.

In this role, you will work with customers to resolve outstanding balances while maintaining professionalism, building trust, and following company guidelines.

Job Responsibilities

Contact customers regarding outstanding payments.
Negotiate suitable payment arrangements.
Explain account balances and payment options clearly.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
Follow collection policies while delivering excellent customer service.
Meet individual and team performance goals.

Qualifications

High School Graduate (Old Curriculum), Senior High School Graduate, completed 2nd year in college, or College Graduate.
At least 1 year of Collections experience handling UK, US, or Australian clients.
Good negotiation and communication skills.
Comfortable speaking with international customers.
Knowledge of the collections process is required.
