*Key Responsibilities:*

- Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate solutions

- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver excellent outcomes

- Troubleshoot customer issues and improve service quality

- Track progress and contribute to continuous improvement

- Meet KPIs, quality metrics, and CSAT targets

*Qualifications:*

- HS Graduate (Old Curriculum) / SHS Graduate / College Undergrad / College Graduate Accepted

- Minimum 6 Months BPO Experience Required - Voice or Non-Voice

- Strong problem-solving and communication skills

- Willing to work Onsite in Cagayan de Oro

- Can start ASAP
