*Key Responsibilities:*

- Handle customer inquiries via voice and provide excellent service

- Provide technical support and troubleshoot basic concerns

- Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently

- Document customer interactions accurately

- Meet performance metrics and quality targets

*Qualifications:*

- Good to excellent English communication skills

- 18 years old and above

- At least SHS Graduate / College Level / College Graduate

- No BPO experience required - fresh graduates and first-timers are highly encouraged to apply

- Willing to work onsite in Bacolod City - shifting schedule

- Can start ASAP
