What You’ll Do
As a Customer Support Associate, your role will involve assisting customers with their questions, concerns, and account-related issues while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
Your Daily Tasks Include:
Handling inbound and outbound customer interactions
Assisting customers with billing, technical, or service-related concerns
Providing timely and accurate solutions
Documenting customer interactions properly
Maintaining customer satisfaction and professionalism at all times
Following communication guidelines and company procedures
Collaborating with team leaders and support teams when necessary

Requirements:
Good English communication skills
At least Senior Secondary School Certificate or equivalent
Basic computer navigation knowledge
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills
Willingness to work flexible schedules
Advantage But Not Required:
BPO or call center experience
Sales or customer-facing experience
Experience using CRM systems
