Job Description: Insurance Account Customer Service Representative Voice
Location: Pampanga, Philippines
Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented Customer Service Representative for our voice account in the insurance sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in BPO and a passion for delivering exceptional service to our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Interaction: Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist clients with inquiries, requests, and complaints, ensuring each interaction meets our quality standards.
- Issue Resolution: Address customer concerns effectively and escalate issues when necessary to ensure timely resolution.
- Documentation: Accurately document all customer interactions and maintain up-to-date records in the system.
- Performance Tracking: Meet and exceed performance metrics related to response time, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction scores.
- Training Participation: Attend all required training sessions and refreshers to stay updated on product knowledge and service protocols.
Qualifications
Education: Completed at least 2 years in college with no back subjects.
Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in a BPO environment, preferably in insurance back-office support (email/chat).
Skills:
Excellent verbal communication skills.
Proficient in using computers and CRM systems.
Ability to multitask and manage various types of client interactions effectively.
Requirements
Complete TCS mandatory requirements (SSS, copy of payslip, TOR & diploma).
Willingness to work onsite with a daily schedule.
Compensation or Salary Range:
1-2 Years Experience: PHP 19,200 - 25,000
2-3 Years Experience: PHP 25,000 - 30,000
3-4 Years Experience: PHP 25,000 - 31,700
