We are hiring Customer Support Representatives for our Insurance account. Help customers with insurance claims, policy inquiries, and more!
Responsibilities:
- Handle customer queries related to insurance policies
- Provide support for claims and coverage details
- Ensure customer satisfaction through effective problem-solving
Requirements:
- Open to all education levels
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Hybrid setup for experienced candidates only
- NO WFH
