Role Overview:
We are seeking an Insurance Policy Consultant to guide customers through the details of their insurance coverage, ensuring clarity and satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Advise customers on insurance policy details
- Resolve issues and answer policy-related questions
- Assist with insurance claims and documentation
Salary: PHP 19,200–31,700 based on experience
Requirements:
- 1+ year of BPO experience
- At least 2 years in college
- Excellent communication skills
