Role Overview:

We are seeking Japanese Bilingual professionals to join our Advertising Search Engines account. You will handle voice interactions with Japanese-speaking clients, providing support and solutions for advertising and search engine-related inquiries.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound voice interactions in Japanese.

Provide support for advertising and search engine-related inquiries.

Resolve customer concerns and escalate complex issues.

Document interactions accurately in the system.

Meet quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction goals.

Qualifications:

SHS Graduate or HS Old Curriculum – required.

CEFR Level: B1 – required.

At least 6 months Call Center Experience – required.

Minimum 6 months Japanese voice CCE or business-level Japanese voice experience – required.

Both native and non-native speakers are welcome to apply.

B1 CEFR English level and Aspiring Minds pass – required.

For local or non-natives: JLPT N1/N2 preferred, but may not be required if candidate has Japanese voice experience of more than 1 year.

For native candidates: Prior work experience is not necessary.

Candidates without Japanese Voice account experience may be endorsed as long as they have Japanese proficiency close to N1.
