*About the Role:*

Alldigitech Taguig is hiring Medical Billing Specialists for our Healthcare RCM account. Earn up to PHP 33K based on experience!

*Responsibilities:*

- Handle medical billing and RCM-related inquiries

- Resolve billing issues and provide clear explanations to customers

- Ensure accuracy and confidentiality when handling sensitive healthcare information

- Deliver excellent customer service and support

*Qualifications:*

- 1-2 years experience in Medical Billing / Healthcare RCM / Customer Support

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

- Excellent English communication skills - verbal and written

- Able to explain complex billing concepts in a simple and clear way

- Able to handle sensitive and confidential information
