Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, IT Diploma, Certification or equivalent is preferred.

3-4 years of experience in Network Engineering in an MSP/Service Providers global company mandatory.

Strong technical skills in IT networking and security are preferred.

Experience with cloud networking architecture, virtualization, and automation is a plus.

Knowledge of firewalls and security for network security is a plus.

Responsibilities:

Write technical proposals and change requests for Moves, Adds, and Changes.

Document solutions and keep customer documentation up to date.

Configure and install network devices and services, such as routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers, VPNs, QoS, and wireless networks.

Perform network maintenance and system upgrades, including firmware/IOS upgrades, hotfixes, and security configurations.

Help implement, improve, configure, and tune automated management tools for network management services.

Provide excellent customer service and meet or exceed SLA first response and resolution times by documenting, reporting, and maintaining operational support processes.

Liaise with vendors and other IT staff to resolve problems.
