Job Summary

We are looking for a Pharmacovigilance Specialist to support safety case processing and pharmacovigilance activities. The role will involve reviewing and processing safety cases using pharmacovigilance safety databases while ensuring accuracy, quality, and compliance with established processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Process and review pharmacovigilance safety cases accurately and efficiently.

• Perform safety case processing using pharmacovigilance databases.

• Review case information and ensure completeness and accuracy of safety data.

• Document and maintain safety case information according to established procedures.

• Support timely processing and resolution of safety-related cases.

• Ensure adherence to pharmacovigilance processes and quality standards.

• Collaborate with relevant teams to resolve case-related queries.

• Maintain confidentiality and accuracy when handling patient and safety information.

Qualifications

• Pharmacy graduates required, with or without an active license.

• Nursing graduates may also be considered.

• 1–2 years of safety case processing experience in Pharmacovigilance.

• Experience with safety databases such as Veeva Safety or Argus.

• Good communication skills.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

• Willing to work fully onsite during training.

• Willing to work hybrid after training, with 3 days onsite per week in Taguig.
