We are seeking a skilled QA Lead to join our team in the healthcare sector. This role involves ensuring the quality and accuracy of medical documentation and compliance with industry standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Review and verify medical reports for accuracy.
Maintain and update documentation systems.
Handle communications with stakeholders.
Monitor compliance with healthcare regulations.
Non-Negotiable Requirements:
Active USRN License (with at least 6 months validity).
At least 1 year of experience in a medical account providing clerical or administrative support.
Experience in handling or reviewing medical data or documentation.
Proficiency in MS Office.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Strong communication skills.
Ability to manage priorities effectively.
6 months to 1 year of QA experience (required).
