Quality Assurance Analyst – Digital Advertising Support
Salary: 80-85k
Location: McKinley Philippines

Job Summary
The Quality Assurance Analyst is responsible for auditing customer support interactions, validating technical support processes, reviewing data quality, and ensuring compliance with established quality standards. The role supports continuous improvement through quality reviews, reporting, coaching, and process enhancement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Quality Assurance & Auditing
Evaluate support interactions across tickets, chats, emails, and escalations.
Assess technical accuracy, communication quality, process compliance, and resolution effectiveness.
Review technical cases involving integrations, tracking issues, APIs, SDKs, and data discrepancies.
Identify quality trends, recurring defects, and improvement opportunities.
Maintain audit records, quality scores, and calibration documentation.
Data & Technical Validation
Use SQL to validate data integrity, reporting accuracy, conversion tracking, and attribution data.
Investigate data anomalies, missing events, duplicate records, and tracking issues.
Review API integrations, webhooks, server-side tracking, and payloads (JSON/XML).
Validate event instrumentation, conversion tracking implementations, and attribution models.
Documentation, Coaching & Reporting
Create and maintain QA checklists, evaluation rubrics, and quality documentation.
Participate in calibration sessions and provide actionable feedback to support teams.
Prepare quality reports, trend analysis, and performance insights.
Recommend process improvements based on audit findings and data analysis.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or a related field.
Equivalent relevant experience may be considered.
Experience
2–4 years of experience in Quality Assurance, Technical Support, Technical Operations, or related roles.
Experience in a BPO, SaaS, digital advertising, or technical support environment is preferred.
Previous QA auditing or technical quality management experience is an advantage.
Technical Skills
Strong SQL skills (joins, subqueries, CTEs, aggregations, and query optimization).
Knowledge of REST APIs, webhooks, JSON/XML, and API testing tools.
Experience with conversion tracking, attribution, analytics, and data validation.
Familiarity with digital advertising platforms and technical troubleshooting workflows.
