About the Role

In this role, you'll assist customers with billing inquiries while identifying opportunities to promote products and services that best meet their needs.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer calls professionally.
- Assist customers with billing concerns and account-related inquiries.
- Promote and recommend products or services that fit customer needs.
- Resolve customer concerns efficiently while delivering an exceptional customer experience.
- Accurately document customer interactions.
- Meet individual and team performance targets.
Qualifications
At least 18 years old
High School Graduate (Old Curriculum) or Senior High School Graduate (K-12)
Good English communication skills
No BPO experience required – Fresh graduates and career shifters are welcome!
