Job Title: SAP SD/MM TECHNO-FUNCTIONAL CONSULTANT
Location: Taguig, Philippines
Work Setup: Hybrid

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead requirement-gathering workshops, perform gap analysis, and translate business requirements into scalable SAP functional and technical solutions.
Perform end-to-end configuration for SAP SD including Pricing, Billing, and Shipping, and SAP MM including Purchasing, Inventory Management, and Stock Transport Orders (STO).
Maintain and optimize master data structures covering customers, vendors, and materials while ensuring alignment with SAP best practices.
Troubleshoot and debug ABAP code, identify root causes of system issues, and determine where standard SAP configuration ends and custom development begins.
Prepare detailed Functional Specifications (FS) with clear business logic and data mapping for ABAP developers, and review technical designs for functional alignment.
Manage and coordinate RICEF development, including Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, and Forms, while working with developers on BAPIs, BADIs, and User Exits.
Lead and support Unit Testing, SIT, UAT, production issue resolution, and end-to-end business processes across integrated modules such as SAP FI and SAP EWM.
KEY REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
5–10 years of hands-on SAP ECC and/or S/4HANA experience, specifically within the SD and MM domains.
Proven experience participating in at least 2–3 full-cycle SAP implementations or large-scale global rollouts, covering blueprinting through go-live.
Direct experience with S/4HANA migrations, either Brownfield or Greenfield, with a strong understanding of the simplified S/4HANA data model.
Experience working with industry-specific best practices, particularly in Luxury Retail, Manufacturing, or Public Sector environments.
Experience leading projects with strong integration across modules such as SAP FI and SAP EWM, including end-to-end processes such as Sales → Shipping → Finance.
Strong ABAP debugging and techno-functional skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and strong communication skill Candidates must be willing to work onsite 1x per week in McKinley, Taguig, on a mid-shift schedule and should demonstrate stable career progression.
