JOB TITLE: Team Leader – UK Financial Collections

LOCATION: Onsite — Eton Centris, Quezon City
WORK SETUP: 100% Onsite
WORK SHIFT: Shifting schedules, UK time
START DATE: ASAP

Role Overview

This role leads a team within a UK Financial Collections account, overseeing day-to-day collections operations, team performance, and adherence to banking regulations and processes.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and lead a team handling UK/US/AU banking collections
Apply sound knowledge of the banking domain, including process and bucket flows
Monitor collections data and reporting
Ensure understanding and application of banking terminologies, guidelines, and laws

Qualifications (Non-Negotiable)

Bachelor's Degree
Minimum 2 years' experience in collections operations and team handling
Exposure to UK/US/AU banking/collections
Strong oral and written communication and listening skills
Stable work history (not a job hopper)
